Return and Refund Policy Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before your order has shipped by contacting us at hello@crochera.com. If the item has already been shipped, you’ll need to initiate a return once it arrives.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Email us at hello@crochera.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos or videos showing the issue.
  2. Receive Return Approval
    Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions.
    Please do not return items to the sender’s address on the package.
  3. Ship the Item Back
    You are responsible for return shipping. Package your item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Processing Your Refund
    Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the result. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    Please allow 2–14 business days for your payment provider to complete the process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@crochera.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order items (e.g. crochet dolls, bouquet designs)
  • Digital downloads (e.g. PDF crochet patterns)
  • Sale items or purchases made with gift cards
  • Used or washed items

Please also note:Packages returned to sender or destroyed due to refusal to accept delivery, failed delivery attempts, or failure to pick up from a collection point (even after the sender’s reminder) will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item after approval and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery — for any reason, and without needing to provide justification.

If the order has already shipped, you must return the unused item in its original condition and packaging for fair practice.
