We ship to most countries worldwide!
Some regions may be excluded from shipping due to local import restrictions, limited courier availability, or geopolitical conflicts.
Shipping fees depend on your location — the final cost will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Information

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (5-7 business days) + Shipping Time(listed below)

All items are carefully handmade and packaged to order. As a result, please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping times vary by destination and are measured in business days:

  • United States & Canada 5-7 days
  • Mexico & South Africa 7-12 days
  • United Kingdom & Germany & France 5-7 days
  • Rest of Europe 5-10 days
  • Australia & New Zealand 5-10 days
  • Middle East 7-10 days
  • Japan & Korea & Singapore & Malaysia 5-7 days
  • Other Countries 7-21 days

Note: All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping.

Important Notice

For all international orders, shipping times will vary based on your local postal service and we recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Delays in tracking information, shipping and delivery may be experienced during our end of season sale due to the high volume of orders in the domestic and international postal networks.

All delivery times are estimates and subject to change based on carrier availability and local conditions.

Order Tracking

  • Orders typically dispatch within 3-5 business days
  • You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email
  • Please check your spam folder for tracking information
  • Tracking updates may take 2-4 days to activate

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos and video of the damage
  2. Send to hello@crochera.com
  3. We will typically respond within 24 hours

Note: While we're not responsible for carrier handling damage, we'll assist in resolving any issues.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order changes or cancellations must be requested before shipping
  • Contact us immediately for any modifications
  • Orders cannot be changed once shipped

Delivery Concerns

If your package hasn't arrived within 45 days from dispatch, please contact us. We'll investigate and arrange reshipment via an alternative courier if necessary.
